Player Development Program
Player Development Program is a great way to gain a competitive edge, both mentally and physically, and to prepare players for the upcoming baseball season. The program will cover all phases of the game in preparation for the spring high school and Select season (you do not have to be an EPA player to participate). Each baseball training session will consist of:
Throwing - Progressive throwing model and arm care program
Fielding - Footwork, posture & glove work.
Position specific skills & drills
Hitting - Tee work, cage batting practice, mental approach and plate discipline
Strength & Conditioning/ Speed & Agility Training
EPA Strength & Conditioning programming consists of functionally movement training, strength training and conditioning with a strong focus on basic and proper technique. The workout becomes progressively more challenging once basic techniques have been mastered. All groups are led by EPA trainers and qualified staff members to allow maximum attention.
Wednesday 5:30pm - 7:30pm
Saturday 10:00am - 11:30am
Starts January 15th
*Players will be organized by age and skill level to ensure quality instruction and reps
