SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING
Camps are designed for the beginner and intermediate player. Campers will work on functional drills and learn fundamentals of all aspects of the game. These aspects include hitting, fielding, throwing, and footwork/agility.
Campers will then have the chance to put their new found skills to the test in various games and competitions to bring the FUN back to baseball!

Clinics are designed for intermediate and advanced players. Offered in a group setting, clinics are heavy on instruction and are fast paced. Players will learn key concepts and then replicate them through station work to maximize reps.
Our unique program includes instruction in movement training, and lateral speed techniques, foot speed and agility, explosive power development, and proper functional movements. Athletes are closely supervised as the coach takes them through an intense workout with attention always being paid to proper technique and safety.
