EPA Summer
Skills & Drills Camps
(Ages 8, 9 & 10)

EPA Summer Skills & Drills Camp is a great way to gain a competitive edge, both mentally and physically, and to prepare players for the upcoming baseball season.
Each workout will consist of:

Throwing - Progressive throwing model for all skill levels

Fielding - Footwork, posture & glove work
-
Hitting - Tee work, cage batting practice, mental approach and plate discipline

Fitness​​ - workouts will consist of body weight movements, core strength, balance and mobility exercises

Camp 1
June 17 - June 20
Monday - Thursday 1:00pm - 3:00pm

Camp 2
July 8 - July 11
Monday - Thursday 1:00pm - 3:00pm

Camp 3
July 22 - July 25
Monday - Thursday 1:00pm - 3:00pm
