Elite Performance Athletics has partnered with LVWellness & Aesthetics to offer Functional Movement Screening powered by Kinesics. Kinesics is a program that allows our trainers to evaluate every imbalance, strength & limitation within your body. Our trainer performs 70 different measurements throughout your body, determining which areas are either ideal, moderate, or severe. This scale is based upon your lack of flexibility range of motion and imbalances. These limitations can affect how athletes move and perform on the field. The results from your evaluation allows our trainers to develop a customized comprehensive stretching program for each athlete.
