Girls Strength & Speed Training 

EPA Girls Strength & Speed Training Program is for athletes committed to taking their training to the next level. The program is designed specifically for female athletes — it is NOT a lighter version of the same workout the guys do. 

  • SPEED - Acceleration, Deceleration, Linear and Lateral Movement Techniques, Running Mechanics & Footwork

  • EXPLOSIVE POWER - Weight Lifting & Plyometrics

  • STRENGTH - Functional Approach with focus on Upper Body/Lower Body & Core

  • FLEXIBILITY - Myofascial Release (Foam Rolling) & Stretching

$175/month         3 x week

$199/month         4 x week

* All drop-ins $20

9:00am - 10:00am
