SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING
Our unique program includes instruction in movement training, and lateral speed techniques, foot speed and agility, explosive power development and proper functional strength training. Athletes are closely supervised as the coach takes them through an intense workout with attention always being paid to proper technique and safety.
*EPA will provide an individualized training program based on functional movement screening, profile assessment, and benchmark for all athletes.
EPA offers small group training that allows for lower coach to athlete ratios. Call to schedule a semi-private personal training session.
Personal Training at EPA Strength & Conditioning is an excellent option for someone who prefers a 1:1 coaching relationship as their primary form of training or for people with variable schedules - including athletes. Our highly qualified trainers personalize your workout so it caters to your individual needs and goals.
